The Friends had their very first outing in person at our new home – The Glasgow Art Club on the 20th July. 50 members arrived on foot, were dropped off by car and by taxi to enjoy a delicious Afternoon Tea by the caterers Really Delicious and see inside the club. Before and after being served their food, members were also able to view the diverse and exciting exhibition in the Gallery – the Scottish Portrait Awards 2020. Everyone was happy to meet each other again after such a long time being based at home with the sound of conversations going on all through the event! Part Two is next week where more members will be able to visit our new home.
