Friends were delighted to have a special tour of the wonderful Eric Watt exhibition of his photographs of life in Glasgow in the second half of the 20th century at Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum. Isobel McDonald, Curator of Social History, gave the group of friends a detailed introduction to the exhibition at the gallery where the exhibition is currently on display. It was intriguing hearing about Eric?s life and how his archive of photographs made their way to the museums collection. It was an emotional trip back in time for many of the friends, as they remembered the Glasgow of their youth and early adulthood! A must see exhibition. Do not miss it!
FoGM members have a special tour of the Eric Watt Exhibition as a thank for sponsoring the exhibition catalogue!
